Every XO bike carries a story, and with our swagged bikes, that story shows.
If you’ve got a beloved old bike that’s looking unloved, or a run-of-the-mill ride and you’d like something unique and a bit special, welcome to the XO Swagging Service.
Your personal Fixer will take your bike, with all its stories and add his own to it. He’ll strip it down, clean and refurbish any salvageable parts and replace any worn components. We’ll then sandblast and powder-coat the frame before finally tagging it with his unique Fixer and Swag number so it’s a true 1 of 1.

Already have a bike?
If you love the swagged look and our Fixers’ stories, give your own bike the full swagging treatment in either our signature Swag Black or Hot Orange, and carry the story of our Fixers wherever you ride.
The full swag also gets your bike a Platinum service and costs £350 plus parts with a 4-6 week turnaround. We currently only offer this service on aluminium and steel frames. Bikes with carbon forks can either be swagged, which will require hand finishing at an extra cost of £150 or left in their original finish.
